Does anyone make a correct floor pan for the 1969 Mustang without that fits our 69-70 Shelbys?
I don't think so, I looked for my 70 SCJ car with no luck
You have to modify the repros if you want them exact.
There was a guy here in the Northwest making them.. exact... Will see if I can find the contact.
The one piece floors are not correct at the front (ribbing is wrong). There is a cougar supplier (west coast classic cougar) that sells just the front ribbed sections and you have to splice them in and blend. I did it for my Boss- not so fun but possible. 70 is worse to do because it doesn't have the bump out near the shifter and you have to graft the bump out
I had the front Pans made by a guy with a pull max. I will post some pics . There 110. 00 each . They from the toe board to under front seat riser. Frame rail to rocker
Here is the repair panels for a 69 70 front floor area, these have some holes in to hold the fixture plates and sheetmetal in place, they have to be welded up of course, that is what there there for , to hold the plates together and make sure that they dont move, Bob

It's great to see somebody paying attention to the details....as nice as the West Coast panels are they have some wrinkles that yours don't, as you point out it took securing the plates together to rid the end product of these wrinkles. A talented welder can fill those in.
we do all the time,,,,, no problem, , these go from the toe board to the seat riser and over past the frame rail extention, so you can install with not a concern seeing from the bottom,
