Title: 1966 Fender "Crumple" Zone Origination Time

What date was the 1966 Mustang fender modified for a "crumple" zone? Thanks.

Jan 14-18th 1966 at the stamping plant  is what I've narrowed it down to so far in looking and collecting stamping data
Now application of those fenders would differ slightly depending on assembly plant

So this is the little triangle on the driver side fender near the vin tag?

There are multiple reliefs along the drivers side fender on the lip portion

One between (from the front edge) bolt 4 & 5  - 5 & 6  as shown below. Roughly right over the shock tower area.

First one is just behind the visible VIN stamping
