Any recommendations for a stock replacement cam and lifters?

I have used the Comp Cams 268H cam in several 428CJ engines including my current one. Plenty of performance and works well with all the stock stuff.

I'll look it up, thanks. Guess I should have been a little more specific. Looking for something fairly stock. The car has P/S, P/B and A/C.

That is a very mild cam and is fine for a street car. In fact, it ALMOST qualifies as an RV cam. Just has a little more "rump, rump" to the exhaust.

The COMP CAMS 268H is exactly what you are asking for. It has no rump rump in the exhaust note, it is dead smooth IMHO.
