C90Z-2001-B is the kit that includes hardware.

Do note that there are brake rebuilders who will take your original backing plate and glue/rivet new linings on them. Yes, on disc brake pads.

I have a local supplier, but these types of outfits exist around the country.

They will take my 2 1/2 rear shoes and put new linings on them.
They've also built regular and puck style clutch discs for my race car.
