Must be dealer item for air conditioned cars - was on a old 289 I pulled apart - no numbers

Curious pulley.
Must have been for a car with p steering, a/c and smog.
I would guess 1966-1967

Speedster, you are probably right on. I have never seen one, mainly because I hate air and PS on my vintage 'Stang.
