Is there a company, or does Goodyear, anyone...Make a new radial tire, RWL, to kind of look good for 67 Shelby's?
Cooker tire makes Firestone wide oval tires in radial with lettering that looks like the non-radial tire and they look GREAT....If someone out there will not do this for Goodyear....then I will buy the Firestones...I have the "Goodyear" non-radials now and I hate them. (junk).
Try here, they offer quite a few vintage style Goodyear tires.

Why not have them made with a very high quality radial;

Avon's are good tires, I would avoid the CR6ZZ tire though. They are very sticky tires and tend to sling road debris which might be a concern for high end concours cars.
Our shop can make a RWL GOODYEAR tire from most any tire brand available, we are partial to the AVON C6ZZRs because of the tread pattern that it has and the aspect ratios available.

Is that from a stencil, or do you offer permanent glue on letters?
Thanks
Dave
Small or large letters too. How can you beat that? I'm still saving. I've got three cars to do.
Pebbles. We don't care abount no stinkin' pebbles. Screw them.

It's a process by which the surface of the tire is machined smooth, then new solid letters applied to your design. The Cobra shown also has had the blue streaks added.
Combined with probably the best 15" performance tire in existence, you have just entered into an ultimate league.
You need to pay the man for his work and it isn't a cheap tire to begin with but considering the obsence money the Euro trash stores are charging, you'd be smart considering these "counterfeit" Goodyears.
It only seems to work for us US guys. Hans, Mario, Collen and Pierre wouldn't be caught dead with a "US" tire. Tisk, tisk, piss off pansies. So far I saved enough for 1-1/2 tires, but I'm working on it. ;D
Fun fact; Cooper Tire owns Avon. 8)
