Hello JCL67,

If your 1967 is a GT350 I highly recommend Bob Mannel's book: Mustang & Ford Small Block V8: 1962-1969.

If this is not exactly the steering wheel you want ..... Moto Lita will make a special order wheel.

I believe a reproduction is manufactured by Moto Lita. It is the E-Type Jaguar wheel at 15 inches.

They are made with and without rivets in the wood rim.

Mounting holes at the hub are the same. The reproduction 1965 Shelby steering wheel center fits too.

I have a copy of Autoweek December 9th, 1967. (not the 7th)

Here is a scanned copy of the photograph you are looking for.

Pete's recommendation to secure a copy of the Master Parts Catalog is a great one.

I also recall Bob Mannel's book Mustang & Ford Small Block V8 1962 - 1969 Volumes 1 & II to be of value too.

Hope this helps.

Hello Mike,

Here are some photographs of #2545 when I owned her.

These were taken shortly after the restoration was completed.

Congratulations! To a long and healthy retirement. Well earned!

Now, more time for your hobbies.

I am the former owner of #2545.

The owner at the time of her restoration by Jeff James and the team at Tri-City Mustang (and Shelby) Restorations and SAAC 36.

Here are a couple photographs of the engine compartment.

I used a set of stripes from Phoenix Graphix to replace the Lemans stripes on my 2007 GT-H.

I am a novice at posting pictures. This is one of my favorites of the Pletcher Ford showroom. If you look outside the showroom there is a dark color '67 Shelby on display. Maybe Vern .....
