If someone here has a nice set of ten spokes for a 67 Shelby I would be very interested in it.

I have seen these also and was just wondering that I have thrown away a lot of these and I thought was it a good idea, but thanks Bob for clarification that I was not wrong to put them in the garbage.

yes this video was really typical YouTuber stuff, I think if your at the lower level with your brain its nice to look at it, but when you came around in the world and know what is going on and how the law is and what is right and wrong  you only can laugh about these guy. Yes maybe he is not a real bad criminal, but supporting street racing etc. where people can get killed that have nothing to do with that is wrong and that's what the court and police showed him. End of the story.

1967 Shelby GT350/500 / Re: 1967 GT500 Air Cleaner Questions

I would say this is a later produced piece I have some similar ones here and also some originals, and also if you have the originals and later produced ones side by side its hard to divide them. ok lets take it further, the o and a indicates its the early sandcast so they used this mold but from the pvc elbow and the material shape of both parts I would say it was done later all the early ones I have look a little bit more rough in the letters and the pvc elbow is different. It´s just a guess that maybe the form was used later again in the 70s maybe. I have some similar pieces but exactly compared to the from factory pre 600 gt500 cars there are small differences that you can see. maybe I`m wrong and they changed the aluminum material a bit and the pvc elbow in the production of maybe the 600 pieces they made so that there are differences or what my guess is that they used the casting form later again in the 70s.

May he Rest In Peace, he was an amazing person in the automotive world.

greatest bullshi.... I have seen since a long time in automotive this car is a 1 seater and far away from regular production like a F150 or Focus. And I have the same box they use and these boxes are not working in cars with very high hp and acceleration due to the signal rate of the gps/gnss, and if you start right and fast from 0 the box easily needs 1 second before it know that you are on the fly and during the acceleration the signal rate is not fast enough to make real world results. I can also go low 8s with these boxes in my 9.8 sec mustang. If you want to results that are real go on a 1/4 mile track and a lot of people from YouTube with their boxes will see how slow they are.

I think for all the newbies here it would be interesting to also tell what is wrong with the guy and his parts as they don't know the whole story and with my English its difficult to write it down. Just a thought as there are some new members here who are looking for parts.
