Couple more photos of 1551 during interior assembly.

Owned the car since 1970.
I have never touched them.

Confused. Is this the way most were done?

Boy, does that bring back memories. I too ran around in the very early 70's with no hood and velocity stacks! No hood because of a carb fire. Velocity stacks because I still couldn't afford air cleaner assembly.

Still want to see it when it hits the road.
Lynnwood is not that far. Good luck.

Did mine too! He's the man.

Dave, I  was referring to the post by "imming 1965". He was trying to determine whether all his parts were original to His particular car. Fitment issues.  Thanks Jerry

Just wondering. Is it  possible imming 1965 has a panel not original to that car. I ask, because if my car 1551 was built 6 days later than imming 1965, and mine is a flat panel, does it not seem an earlier car would also be flat?

Thanks for the explanation.
I had previously adhered to the registry---- then came along the marti.

Just so I understand. Released date is not the completion date? Thanks.
I have seen the date in the registry.
