How do you identify an original 1968 steel rim?

Are they dated as well?

Anyone have reference photos?

Do any entry level/driver quality 1968 Shelby in need of tlc still exist? Hell  I'd even consider  a complete project . Only requirement is a 4spd car.

At this point, are they all restored?

Can someone provide a photo of the Shelby tag with one rivet drilled out "spun"showing the hidden Ford vin underneath? I know I've seen it on her somewhere. Just can't find it.

I am looking at a GT500 and trying to identify the powertrain.

According to the former registry the last four digits of the Ford VIN are stamped on the block and trans.

Where?

Does anyone have a photo depicting the locations of the vin?

Following the 68 prices, several sold mostly around 130k, even a couple of KRs.

Would appear prices are flat?
