I watched an old tv show and found some nice Shelby Daytona Coupe video.  "The Monkees Race Again" "Leave the Driving to Us"   February 12, 1968
Davy drives the Monkeemobile in an auto race when the British entry (owned by an old friend of Davy's grandfather) is sabotaged by Baron Von Klutz (David Hurst) and his Klutzmobile.
The 'Klutzmobile' is the original Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe (chassis #CSX2287).

Looks like a scam site based on prices. Is your Shelby up for sale without you knowing it?

I have a rear valance for sale with the stamped exhaust outlets that fits later 1967 and all of 1968 Shelby and GT Mustang's. It is in excellent condition with a small ding above the left exhaust cut out maybe 1/2 inch area not deep. It is currently painted nightmist blue metallic. I took it off my early Shelby because it was the wrong valance for my production date. The part is correct for a later Shelby and a Mustang with the GT exhaust. Price is $300 plus shipping. Email me at kkupec02@snet.net if interested. Thanks.

The fiberglass panel that mounts to my metal taillight panel in my 1967 GT500 is currently attached by screws. Should it be attached by rivets as shown in this NPD part? Thanks

Looking for an original 1967-1968 front bumper to be sent to chrome shop. Prefer late 1966 or January 1967 date stamp. My current rear bumper is a 1  11 M7. Thanks

Hi all. I am new here. I have been using the vintage mustang forum and the concours forum for the past year and a half after purchasing my 1967 GT500. I didn't know of this forum until now. Only took my car out 2 times in the past year and a half due to problems. Another story. It's been in a shop now for 11 weeks. Looking forward to doing my own work again when I get it back. I can't do the engine work required.
