1966 Shelby GT350/GT350H / Torq Thrust wheels racing lug nuts, purchase.

Greetings.
I wish to purchase a set of racing lug nuts for Torq Thrust wheels but been unsuccessful with my searches. One would think this would be a non issue procuring a set. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Lug Nut Specifications: Shank style 1/2 - 20 thread, open end, hex head approximately 2.0 inch length.

As a new owner of a 1966 GT350 can someone suggest a source for hi octane leaded fuel? I am located in the SF South Bay. Thanks.
