I'm looking for a program or an original participant listing for the 1969 NHRA nationals in Indianapolis.

Anyone have any info on what I should be searching for or might know a source to find the participant list?

Parts For Sale / Mint Black 1967 - 68 dash pad **SOLD**
« on: July 22, 2023, 03:12:16 PM »
Excellent condition original 1967 - 68 Mustang/Shelby dash pad, original black color.  From a '67 car, but can be modified to work on a '68 by cutting the notch for VIN plate.

No sagging, no cracks, studs intact, no broken areas in radio speaker holes.  Just a super nice original pad, becoming very difficult to find.

There is no correct reproduction, so finding a nice original is the only option to get this part right.

****SOLD*****

Can provide higher resolution pics.

I helped restore a carburetor for a fellow owner in Canada recently.  It's a hipo carb, so quite valuable.  If I declare the true worth for insurance, I assume I'll have to declare that as the value also.

Is it possible for the owner of this carb to avoid paying taxes to have something they already own sent back to them?

Can't see anywhere on USPS or other forms to call that out.  It's not really a gift.

Thanks

SAAC Forum Discussion Area / Clutch rebuilders
« on: March 27, 2023, 01:16:02 PM »
Could have sworn there was a discussion recently about clutches and someone mentioning a place (in Texas?) that can rebuild original clutch discs and pressure plates?

Any recommendations?  For a '65 GT350.  I have an original pressure plate and disc.

Just a heads up that Chuck Cantwell will be in Concord, NC at the Mustang Owner's Museum for National Mustang Day.  The event is April 14-16.  5S003 is also planned to be there for Chuck to have as a backdrop/talking point for his presentation.

« on: February 14, 2022, 01:27:28 AM »
Snagged these off facebook.  Looks like a late '65 and a carryover...  Bill Collins might be interested in the pics as his 006 sold new at Archway.

The Mustang Owner's Museum is having a National Mustang Day event 4/14-4/16

One of the highlights is that Chuck Cantwell, program manager for the GT350 at Shelby American will be there on 4/15.  As part of his presentation, SFM5S003 will be there also, to be as a backdrop and talking points for his discussion.
