1966 Shelby GT350/GT350H / 66 Alternator Gauge Issue

My alternator gauge jumps around while I am driving. While idling, it is ok. When I give her the get up and go the needle jumps and flutters around.

Anyone have any ideas how to resolve the issue? I have the standard 42 amp alternator and Marti voltage regulator if that helps. No other issues. Another fellow reached out to me saying he has the same issue. Thoughts???

Appeals / Cracked KH Brake Drum

I have this original KH brake drum. During the course of my annual check and cleaning of the brake system, I noticed this hairline crack [see photo]. There was no issue in braking, but I felt prudent to remove it and replace both drums with some American made racing drums from Cobra Automotive.

OK, me question is can this drum be repaired??? If not, does anyone have an extra, just 1 that they might turn loose of??? My car is an early 66 model [406].

I have an original 5A air cleaner base that needs professional painting - Ford Blue. I have tried for years and just cannot get it right. If any of the restores is shooting some Ford Blue, I would really appreciate having a shout out to have it done CORRECTLY. The paint has been removed and it is ready for primer or whatever the process is.

Looking to buy the correct OEM four [4] transmission to bell housing bolts. Attached is a photo of the one I removed that I am sure is not OEM or correct. Can someone please post a picture of the correct bolt if no one has any to part with? Thanks in advance.

Wanted to Buy / 1966 NOS or original OEM Ford radio speaker

Hi,

Does anyone have a spare radio OEM Ford radio speaker??? NOS would be better but since I have a project going on under the dash [changing out heater core...ugh], I thought it would be nice to tackle this task. The radio is original to 406 so OK there. Does not have to be perfect but must work!

1966 Shelby GT350/GT350H / Removing GT-350 quarter window aluminum trim

Hi, my quarter panel aluminum trim is starting to oxidize in multiple places.  I would like to remove them to clean them up by sanding away the oxidation and subsequently polishing the aluminum.  Is there a trick to removing them without damaging the paint???  I have the article from Mustang Monthly on how to properly install them but I need to remove them without causing any damage...if possible!  Thanks for looking!

Does anyone know the exact dimensions of the rear GT-350 placque???  I have a Scott Drake repop, an early 80's one [NOS???] purchased from Tony Branda and one purchased from epay [supposedly original!!!.  What should the length of the ORIGINAL be???
