The old TeamShelby site has been taken over by Shelby American.  No for sale cars ( unless it's their new cars) and the forums aren't as good.   Too bad as that was a good site for Shelby GT cars.

We were able to meet this year for our annual gathering - great time and good to see familiar faces.

After all the horror stories you hear about buying site unseen it's good to hear a good story. Congratulations on your purchase smiley48

The last I saw of 0010, it was at Tony Conover's shop a half dozen years ago. Vinyl top, T-Bird lights. It was at SAAC 25 at Lime Rock as I remember.
Saw it back in the early 2000's at the Nor Cal SAAC BBQ - came out in an enclosed trailer for a brief showing.

When I bought 6S550, in 1967 it was just like new. Had 3300 miles on it. Hood had no pins, and the hood blew off the next day.Ron
Hood pins were a commonly stolen back in the day. Many replaced them with the small master locks because they got tired of replacing and for extra security.
I keep a spare set of pins in the glove box just in case mine go missing.

We have been sneaking out to the local cars and coffee for some adult socialization.

I know we are a quiet chapter, but we meet almost weekly at Cars and Coffee Folsom as well as the annual BBQ in the summer at Gordon's house.   Feel free to join us or drop a line.
