A friend of mine has come into possession of several art pieces as part of a deal on a 1995 Ford Lightning. We are trying to find the history of it and current value. It is #26 of 500 and signed by both Bill Neale and Carroll Shelby. I have done some research on it but unable to find any reference to the collection. Thanks for the help.

Misc. For Sale / SOLD More SAAC Memorabilia
February 15, 2023, 08:52:14 AM
Found more SAAC memorabilia in the bottom of a closet. This is the Shelby American Cobra World Registry copyright August 1976. Just message me with your name and address and it's yours. I ask that you donate the cost of shipping (or more if you choose) to your local food pantry or other deserving charity.

Misc. For Sale / SOLD SAAC Memorabilia

I was going thru some very old papers and found two envelopes from SAAC (I was a member from 1976 to around 1978). One was my membership certificate with a welcome letter from Rich Kopec and the other was the announcement for the first International SAAC convention in Oakland,CA.
If anyone is collecting SAAC memorabilia, you are welcome to the convention package. Just message me you address and I will send it to you.

Found this article the other day. Has some nice competition photo's of the car. Don't know much about the author so I'll leave it up to the experts to critique it.

I was born and raised in White Plains. I still remember a 427 cobra sitting in the showroom, and my nose print on the showroom window..! We would go to the showroom from time to time to see what new cars came in. RIP Bill Kolb....

A friend of mine's brother bought a 65 K code long block engine, and yes, it is a hipo engine. All the correct components are there including the brindle mark on the crank. He is has removed the entire rotating assembly and is only using the block to build some crazy high rpm engine for his kit cobra (do not ask me why...I'm still scratching my head). The components removed are;
pistons
rods
crankshaft
hatchet weight
timing chain
cam
solid lifters
He is thinking of selling them and has no idea what they are worth. So......opinions are appreciated.
I am also posting this question on the Vintage Mustang Forum.
