Wanted to Buy / WTB: 'Aug '63 Timing Cover

Looking to purchase a late summer (Aug/Sep '63) 964 Model timing cover. The Part number on the cover will be C4OE-6059-B and will have a plug where the oil fill tube used to be located from the previous model year. It should also have a 63 with 8-9 dots in the circle indicating the manufacturing timeframe.

Parts For Sale / Early standard bore 289 block

I have a very tough to find early 289 standard bore bare block - perfect for that early COBRA or Fairlane! Engineering number is C3AE-6015N and casting date is 3C4 (March 4th, 1963). The block was sold to me as standard many years ago and checks out with a bore measurement of 4.00". This block could make a real nice early HIPO with some caps installed or just build it as it is. I will be at Ford Carlisle on Saturday June 3rd and can bring it with me if that's more convenient for a buyer. Otherwise, I'm located in northern Virginia for coordinated pickup - I will not ship! I'm asking $600/best offer.

Swap Meet / WTT: '63 289 COBRA 3623S HIPO Fuel Pump for Smiths speedometer

Awhile back I purchased the ultra-rare 1963 3623S HIPO Fuel Pump used on the 289 COBRA and I now have it concours restored - ready to bolt on. My unit is dated E3 or May of 1963 accurate for an early 21XX series COBRA. Only a dozen or so have been unearthed in the past couple decades I've been told by the experts. Prices for a good core on Ebay are topping $1,200 for a unit like I have. I'm in need of an OEM 289 COBRA Smiths speedometer (clockwise 0-160mph) - do you have a spare one? My pump is worth more than a speedo unit I'm told, but I'd sacrifice it in trade for that original speedo unit you have as long as it can be restored and used. Talk to me.
