good question! what if someone sends a photo of an a/c, automatic firewall and you have a non a/c stick car?

I agree with Coralsnake, SAAC & the Registrars have always agreed with owners if they want their names withheld from The Registries! But there are still "scammers" out there especially "overseas" who are still looking at v.i.n.'s that have blank or no owners. Mongo/Vinman gets requests for information at least 3 times a month and never hear back from these scammers? Be careful to all out there who are in hiding!

Mongo/Vinman are on call 24/7 to help in registering any 68-69-70 Shelbys even if owner wants their names withelld !

The 69-70 paint codes in the "grid boxes" are "not" Ford door data plate or build sheet codes.  Because of all the Special and Grabber colors
which Ford would have left "blank" on the door data plates and build sheets.
"E" is correct for Acup Blue on the grid boxes and the correct color on page 1043 in the 1997 Registry and page 1280 for the Ford codes.
and in the 2014 the grid codes on 856 and the Ford color codes on page 1450 i see "E" for Acup Blue but the Major Paint Co codes are right.
Will have to correct that!

the 2020 Registry published info is (old) from 1997 According to the records of the OR DMV, 7/97, the car was owned by Pamela and David Lowther (Phiomath, OR). Happy Holidays!
