It was a good weekend- daughter married in Santa Barbara was great.
Todd B brought my 65 and the 68 gt 500- even won popular vote with my 65 f100!
Many thanks to Mike Shally,  Darren L. and Charles Turner for the judging in hot weather, and of coarse Pete for putting the 68 together. And of coarse Mr. Kopec for working with me on timing. My daughter says best weekend ever

For a 65 trunk battery car with Cragars - it there supposed to be a mustang ratcheting wrench and a Cragar wrench in the trunk?  or just the Cragar wrench?

What is the proper finish on the hood to cowl seal bracket and thee Philips screws that attach it?

Mine were  bead blasted and cleared years ago..

try   White Post Restorations they did one for me and no leaks ..- https://whitepost.com/

They did one for me - tell them not to stamp it "WP" on the top of it like they did to mine,  and also tell them if you are using DOT 3 or silicone fluid..

Gentlemen -

Is there a proper or "correct" hardware to attach the grill emblem on a 65 GT 350?  Any pictures would be helpful also !
