Hello I´m looking for some helpful pictures of the correct front end installation for a 68 Shelby GT350. Including which brackets were welded and which were just with screws. Maybe someone has pictures here from a restoration. My body guy and painter has a GT350 and he calls me 100 times and it's hard to explain every detail. I was looking for pictures over google but the most are not very correct or just clones. Thanks for the help.

By the way does someone here has a Nose Top Panel which is going between the 2 headlight buckets and that has the SHELBY letters on it then for the 68 in stock with the Shelby part number on it repro or original? I would need it. Thank you....

I have these drums and backing plates we had discussed here in the forum I would love to trade them for 67 drums and backing plates or sell them to buy the ones I need more.

I paid 1200$ for the backing plates and 1250$ for the drums some years ago here in the forum as the guy told me he has 67 drums and backing plates but he did send me these.

So I would need to get the 2450$ out of these but yes we can talk.

Still for sale, if it's not marked sold it's still available also if you see this thread in 1 or 2 years. I mark everything sold if its sold.

Hello, the Steering Wheel theme makes some crazy here, me also and I would like to make a thread where we can post all the differences as I didn't found something here that put it all in one thread.

So there was a difference in the tabs of the spokes for early and later build 67´s (are the change dates known?) but all of these came with an EFFPI Steering Wheel and never with an Secura F.I.V. these were aftermarket and the only car that I know that had it from the start was the 67 Supersnake built by Shelby for the Goodyear Tire test.

So far so good there are also differences in the hub and it would be good to have some comparison pictures here posted.

On the pictures is a 67 EFFPI Steering Wheel

I would need the backing plate 70858 from Bendix for a 67 GT500, thanks...

I thought I order 2 of these now and had to find out they are not in stock anymore. I know the guy who produced them was putting them also on his website for a lower price than the rest. But I forgot the name. Can someone help me with that? I really wonder if they are not for sale anymore.

I would need pretty much everything to build an original 1968 Shelby GT350 front , who can help me out with original, nos or close to original parts? Thanks...

Hood
Front Bumper original or very good repro if there is one
Lower Nose original or what would be a good repro
Grille original or a very good repro
Nose Top Panel original or a very good repro

also I need the small holders, brackets etc. maybe someone can help me, if the parts above are repros they are only interesting if they are really close to original.

Before I forgot to ask, the Shelby 68 Hood from Cobranda is it really so close to an original one? And if yes which one of the both, are there other parts that they reproduce that are worth to buy for a exact build of the front?

I would sell all 5 books together for 950$ incl shipping these books are all brand new. These are hardcover books please remind that, as there are sometimes softcover books for sale but some of these books are not available as hardcovers anymore.

I think the most people here know that this is some rare stuff you don't see often.

Still for sale, if it's not marked sold it's still available also if you see this thread in 1 or 2 years. I mark everything sold if its sold.

i have a set of BJ-BK Carbs here that I bought a while ago and I don't need them anymore. They are never used so brand new. I paid 2500$ for them yes maybe not my best deal but they were important for a engine that I was building and then I sold the engine with other carbs as I changed the setup for the guy who bought it. I can ship them to every place worldwide.

2500 $ incl. shipping to USA or Canada

is there maybe a good thread or something what the differences are on the Mustang Horns? I know 69/70 had a different bracket. But 64-68 is not really clear for me. Any help is appreciated.
