You are right also in europe we have those laws since many years but nobody knows, its also not allowed to wash your car in your driveway because you wash down the smog, dust etc. with chemicals and it will go into the water/ ground water and maybe our kids will come in touch with that earlier or later. It also can go into fruits etc. you have some feets away in your garden.

For me I can understand those rules and I know what to do. Because I know the affect of chemicals, smog, industrial dust etc. pretty good. I have my own shop and we take very well care of chemicals and oil, batterys, etc. I always work with gloves, often with a mouth/nose protection when using chemicals etc. If somebody love his life he will take care of himself and the rest and yes also of the nature. And I think what we do is a nice way of recycling because we use old cars with old parts and rebuild everything. Think about it how much trash a modern repair shop is doing every day and then take a look to some restorers.

you can rebuild these but it requires some special tools and you need to order some stuff in the netherlands to rebuild them, a friend of mine worked on those shocks a long time and we did some rebuilds but its horrible and time consuming.

Not only the price makes a Shelby interesting more important is the history on it and the condition, originality and the overall facts.

I will never understand how people can post stuff only on facebook when it comes to old cars etc. there are much better ways/ sources to do it.

I will post some pictures when my selfmade headers in stainless steel are done, Ím not happy with all the aftermarket crap so we built our own headers for the mustangs etc.

So they should be ok, i think there were no numbers on them or?
