While looking for something else in my 35mm archives.... I stumble across a brown envelope marked   AUGUST 1981 HISTORICS - SAAC 6

I'm no Dave Friedman, but a couple of these are pretty cool from back in the day.

Enjoy,

Bob

Is it possible we can get this resolved, been close to a week now ?

Can't post images, I know it can be done through the gallery, (propayne) has been kind enough to post the instructions THANKS !

but I have tried half a dozen times and can't get it to work, too many steps, and it has been noted that I am not alone being

frustrated with the gallery method.

It's so much easier to attach an image to a post, one step  ;)

Mike

+1

I just found some old SAAC 6 pictures that I'd like to share.... but can't upload ?

With regards to the comments thinking this example was worth much, much more.......

Should that be the case, why did it meet the seller's reserve......?   Apparently he thought the last bid was fair.

I think I'd rather take the $1.2 and go find a real 289 or 427 ........ but that's just my .02 ...... I mean 1.2

WOW another disappointment headline!!!! Clicked on it and its about a car!!!
I thought it was for putting in your order for a 67 REGISTRY!!!

Fran,

I initially thought the same thing......

Now the seller Jerry is saying they are 'period correct' and an 'enhancement'......

To quote a famous rabbit..... 'What a marooon".
Your showing your age . When I used that reference when talking about a auction description in a text recently with one of the younger members of our Forum who will remain nameless but name starts with a V , he made fun of and corrected my spelling . He had no clue. LOL

Bob,

Thanks for reminding me..... Kids these days don't know what they missed... alot of classic classics !  Of course I'm just an old 'Nin-cow-poop !'

I remember as a kid growing up in Western Canada in the '60s, B/A (British American) gas stations were pretty common.... just like Esso, Texaco and Royalite. I never saw cards like this though.......

^^^ I was debating whether or not to post that here, I was afraid of dragging that into this forum ;-)

Yeah and Jerry (the owner) will tell you he thinks it was original...... just like the shifter boot trim piece with the Ace hardware screws.......
