Can someone point me to a good source for replacement lamps (bulbs) for my 68 GT350 with Lucas fog lights? So far I've searched the Internet and come up with Mustangs Unlimited and Tony Branda ($13 to $15) but they appear to be identical in size, shape and wattage to other bulbs costing as little as $2 that are not specifically listed for this application. Any help is appreciated!

As an actual 'Newbie' from the pre-crash site, I'm not feeling too bad about my bottom rung status on this new site but I can understand how those of you who have been around a while might feel slighted by that title. But there is good news! As I recall I had 30-40 posts on the last forum and I was still a Newbie. It appears that you attain Jr. Member status after only 20 posts on the new forum so not only does the site run quicker, you're promoted quicker too!

And now I'm one post closer....

Jim must have been going easy on it in the pic. I'm sure if he opened up both four barrels he would have had a Miller bath! And 'deathsled' is one of the best aliases on this forum - I wouldn't change a thing.  8)

I wonder when the owners of the house across the street are going to rent out the upstairs bedroom so people can just sit there and stare at it?  :o

Today is the first day that I've experienced a significant improvement in the site's performance and it's been great! Thank you to all who are working to get this site running well again - it is much appreciated!

Go through the hell of identity theft one time and see if you aren't more careful about sharing personally identifiable information anywhere online. Not trying to be critical of anyone here, just saying...  ;)

The sort order is a setting. From the links on the top left of the page go to Profile>Modify Profile>Look and Layout and uncheck the box next to 'Show most recent posts at the top'.

Thanks for the resizing tip Bossbill. It would be nice if the software had a resizing feature or auto-sized images but modifying the insert code isn't all that hard. Worked great for me  ;D
Now when will the "peel out" and "cheers" emoticons be restored?  ;)

Here is a photo of the first time I got to show 2148, the former John Barnes GT350, at Silver Springs, FL on a cold, nasty Saturday in January. For those of you who read the tale of getting the car back to Florida (I'll try and recreate that story soon), my buddy Rex and my son went with me to this show. After rolling it out of the trailer we all hopped in to drive into the park. The FIRST thing my buddy Rex did after plopping down in the passenger seat was to "help" me by steadying my Yeti coffee cup which was sitting on the console. But all he managed to do was knock it over.  >:(  At least he had some napkins on him to clean it up!

2148 formerly owned by John Barnes, now "retiring" in Florida.
