Here is the Minilites Uk website, look under applications on the main page sidebar. They offer three sizes for the Mustang, either 15x6 or 15x7 should fit without mods.

99% of the spectators stay on the infield side of the road course, lots of campers/RV's. A few prefer the grandstand area. Big time influx of people overnight and in the am.

If the dry ice doesn't work, you might look into Lazar cleaning the rough surface areas. Here is a video of the process on various automotive surfaces.

Hagerty is a for profit company (as are all insurance companies) if they leave California it's more than likely a business decision. Years ago I did my due diligence and tried to compare rates with Hagerty, Grundy, Heacock and several others. Neither Grundy , nor Heacock replied to my email inquiries. So I went with the company that offered the best over all coverage for my collector cars, race cars when off track, etc.

To date I've never made a claim (knock on wood), because that's when you find out how good your coverage really is.

Two years ago I saw this very car sitting amongst dozens of older race cars in a warehouse. It was complete except for some minor fettling which was being done by Jeff Horne. The owner had no interest in racing it, so I suppose it was inevidible it would come up for sale. The Cooper Monaco's are still raced in England (Goodwood, etc) in vintage races.

I still get a smile seeing the Ford Cortina taillights on these cars as I raced a Lotus Cortina in 1966-67, wish I still had that car which is now back in England.

Vintage wheel sells the Goodyear G7 Blue streak in 500, 600,700 and 800-15's.
Not an exact match, but for a mostly static display they would serve you well.

I think the cheapest I recall was .17cents a gallon along with S&H Green stamps, remember those? Along with a fill up, they checked your tires, fluids and cleaned your windshield.  8)

My use of car covers is specifically to extend the cleanliness of my cars while indoors. I use soft dust resistant covers, I wash them and dry these covers as I'm cleaning the particular car. Keeping the car and cover clean is one of keys to a scratch free experience, another is the manner in which you remove the cover. Like others, I fold the cover to the center of the car and then roll the cover up, do not drag the cover to you as that could scratch the surface.

I avoid water resistant car covers because, one I don't use covers outdoors and secondly they will trap moisture underneath and it's the moisture that "clouds" (dulls) paint especially in sunny conditions. The same can happen if you wash your car and don't thoroughly dry it before covering the car.

Regarding the question on the use of plastic disposible covers over a fabric car cover, they do work well for extending dust free car cover use. Again, make sure your car is completely dry or you risk trapping moisture which could damage your paint. Here is just one source for these covers, there are many sources if you run a search.

Another option would be SASCO Sports, they are an East Coast Distributor so shipping would be cheaper.
