I can see both sides to this argument on whether a 25 year old car/truck can be considered an antique. I don't use my states antique vehicle plate system because it's too restrictive, I just hope this doesn't become a trend for some states. I guess it could be considered a new found "cash cow" retrieving the licensing fees from a portion of the 156,000 antique plate holders in Arkansas.

For a replica it seems to be well done, with some tweaks it could possibly be run in vintage races or just enjoyed in street version.
