answer is yes to registered in France they needeed one with the vin number  and  the gross weight .

When it was in France it still has it's original paint .Was for long time with the same owner and since 2 years it's  been offered for sale by next  owners,   guess somebody hope it will hit a big number in auction...

if you are not looking for an original , talk to Brant , i know i bought one set just to get this wire , because it was not with the hipo set , but i don't remember witch one ...
