The French discovered the "mineral licks" in that area.
French lick isn't what most think it is.
Also home town of the "Hick" from French Lick , Larry Bird.

We just received word that two of the three special red 67 Shelbys, Little Red, and the 67 Shelby convertible will be shown together for the first time together at French Lick  " Fall Classic".
This will be a very unique opportunity to see two very rare 67 Shelbys together in the midwest.
Registration is due to open in early July, and interest is very high.
Sign up early to avoild losing out on a room.

Smog was the hardest part to complete for my 67.
You can find parts, just takes time and $.
I have extra smog oil fill tube (reproduction).

Fel-Pro OS 13260 C
Not the best fit, but made them work.
And most importantly no leaks.

There has to be something better than these rubber end gaskets!!!!

Only 9 days till IN SAAC Spring Fling!!!!!!!

I was able to slightly bend the oil pickup tube by hand for a much smoother oil pan installation.  As far as the front and rear rubber seals not fitting. I bought a second oil pan gasket set, and they fit like a champ. Both sets were Fel-Pro.
Go figure!!!

Hitting top of wall of sump by 1/8" or so. Comes off easy, back on not so much.
Don't know the mfg. of pump, but do know it isn't  OEM.
Having most trouble with the Chinese made rubber seals, seem to be to fat to properly fit in the groove.
Used Fel-Pro, but package says seals are made in China.

I am sure the oil pump and tube are not original.
Might try and tweek the tube a bit.
As far as the rubber seals, the ones I had just wouldn't fit in the grooves.
Looking for a different set, besides Fel-Pro.
