1968 Shelby GT350/500/500KR / Re: OEM TOP?

Agree- great looking car too!  I've always wondered if anyone has developed a way to put a type of headliner in a convert to clean up the interior look?

Talked to a local dealer- Ford Motor Credit is offering 84 month 0% financing on new vehicles, AND they will pay your 1st 3 payments AND defer the next 3 payments.  Only draw back- I work for a local Credit Union and it's pretty hard to compete with.  No, actually impossible.

Hi Peter,  Glad glad to hear that you are making progress...helps to sleep better at night!  Not sure if there is anything I can do from Wisconsin, but you never know.  Reach out if you need anything.  Cheers!  Jack

Appears to be a solid candidate for sure.  Looks like it may not be an original red car?

I guess you have to ask yourself this----Do I want a nondescript cardboard box or urn from the crematorium or something like this that looks nice on a shelf.

and, you can do "urn-outs" for eternity......sorry.

Loved the show.  It's been a long time since I was in a theater with a pile of strangers where there was out right laughter and cheers.  I sensed some unity for an American accomplishment.  That being said, Shelby was saying to himself "wait, wait, ok, now"-referring to Miles getting on it and making his move, when in reality, he wouldn't have even been able to see where Miles was.  Yep, I'm going to see it again.  As to the nature of this thread- all in fun.  Look at the countless discussions about the Bullitt movie, all the hubcaps and such....

Girls, wheels, and tires is still a "nice" thing at major events, such as SEMA.  Good to see some traditional advertising is still in play.

So, both cases above would be correct, right?
