I can imagine how much water those front floor pans are holding.

I will agree with Scott.  Our #2139 plugs are not zinc plated, but rather just like your photo.  Like Scott, I have seen others the same finish.  One of those variations during the production year.

No, Doug, there isn't any; just normal wire loop wrap tape.

Doug:  If this is what you are needing, shot of '68 GT500 (PI).  90 degree male is white for this application.  Others are different.  Sorry about the focus.

I've had both service part #s (short and long) NOS, and none have been threaded.

I've always regarded the threaded as replacements; never originals.  So, you surprised me with your answer, Tim.

Other than you and Nate?

No one anticipated the sadistic nature of this virus. I am on my third infection right now. First in Dec through Feb . Major hit before it was "known". Second hit first week of March  lasted about two weeks and now this hit finishing up a two week hit and it should be gone in a few more days. "I" thought once I had it , I would be immune. Boy was I wrong. The relapses are NOWHERE near as severe as the initial so the antibody IS working , but it really struggling to fight off the virus.  "To me" the key is wearing a mask to stop the spread.

Whoa!!  Randy, you have taught us many things over the years.  This ranks way up there!!!!

Wanted to Buy / Re: left hand backup light nos 1967

You are correct.  My apologies.

However, it caused my to look more closely at another NOS backup light, which is a LH casting C7ZB-15A509-A.  It is a later Ford oval script logo, blue and white boxed part C7ZZ-15512-B.  The wiring pigtail is the later version with an adhesive label attached.
