I know a family that sold them three cars and I believe they were very happy in their dealings with them.

It was respectable, but I have info from a good source that it is currently registered in the State of Minnesota.

That's what I keep hoping. It was very distinctive looking......

Not a Shelby, but a custom '65 Mustang fastback with a bunch of Shelby stuff on it including '67-'68 upper side scoops, '68 taillights, '66 side scoops, '65/66 racing apron. Had flared rear fenders and a '67/68 style deck lid. At the time I sold it  it was maroon with yellowish gold Lemans stripes and big gold letters on the side that said "FORD" 4-speed A-code car. It went to  Iowa first then to Minnesota. I would post pictures however I'm one of the old guys that hasn't figured it out yet....

Strange that they are all GT500's so far.....

#413's two piece nose looks like the other two on here that are thought to be early aftermarket parts. Maybe all the factory two piece noses were early aftermarket parts!  ;)  In a way, they were..........

Also, #413 escaped the Shelby production facility with it's door tag in place.

#413 is currently undergoing a restoration and has the two piece nose. Nightmist Blue GT500.

A gentleman restoring a '67 GT350 in Spokane Washington is looking for original end caps if anyone has any sitting around. He's a SAAC member but not registered on the forums so I told him I would post this for him.

His name is Clifford Johnson, his phone number is - 509-448-9575

Thanks in advance.

If I could have one of each I would, but since I can't, I prefer the big block for the look under the hood if nothing else. I love being able to open the hood and see that massive engine with the dual four barrels on top. I have other small block Mustangs for carving corners if need be, but the torque of the big block is so much fun and it cruises nice out on the highway. I have never driven my car particularly hard, so the extra weight over the front tires is just fine by me. I do admit however that when I bought the car 35 years ago I did think I was making a mistake investment wise because they made so many GT500's compared to '67 GT350's. Just had to have that big block though......
