I believe SAAC has back issues if you want a hard copy.

Do you have a picture of the deck? As it was explained on the 428CJ forum the easiest way to differentiate a 428 block...

The top 2 pictures show a non-428 block, the bottom 2 show a true 428 block. Note the shape of the water passage holes.

I have a few late 66' blocks but they have an "A" scratch.

Do you have a picture of the deck?

Wanted to Buy / Wanted; '67 headlight trim rings
August 19, 2018, 02:15:54 PM
Looking for OEM Shelby headlight trim rings.

Consider anything from NOS to restorable, but no hopeless rings please.

San Jose build in early February, LAX finished in early April 1967.

A good start is the registry.

You can get one from member Dave Mathews, the '67 registrar.

Was a great and active site for many years.
Then a crash and 'new' website.
Never recovered. Such a great source .... just flittered away.... where'd everybody go?

SCARY...............

Which site are you referring to?

In the fox story, the owner said he knew (suspected) it was Lil'Red for 25 years

The Fox News story is pretty good at retracing the history

Champion Mustang has these listed for 68-69 red stripe heater hose.
Would they be correct for the 67 application?

Lil' Red isn't my cup of tea, but I would really be interested in the story of how it was rediscovered.

Especially since it appears to be sitting outside in the mid-west. (labeled as Texas)

Good Grief.

How much longer?     ::)
