One dated 4G23 the other dated 4J16. These where cleaned and magged came back good. Will need redone I'm sure . Comes as pictured . Bother are 19 heads on the ends. Have since been sprayed with fluid film to keep them from flash rusting.  I can text more pictures if needed. Good thumb print no real issues that I see. Asking $ SOLD shipped to lower 48.

No I didn't remove it I have no way to reattach it. I have blown it out when it was finished , before I painted it.

As the ad says 68 1/2  C80E 9425 C Dated March 30 of 68 so it's 8C30. This is a very hard to find date. It has been blasted and painted. Two center valve cover holes some one ran to long of a bolt in. I repaired the very bottom of the hole with jb weld when it was blasted. No other issues is repairs. Shipped UPS grounds it local pickup. If shipped I can not guarantee the paint remains as nice as it is do to shipping . SOLD shipped to lower 48 states .

Feb of 67 428 PI balancer. Very hard to find balancer . Good shape for its age. Rubber is decent , but would need redone to be perfect. Some minor hammer marks and one area of pitting. Has been blasted and painted. Asking $Sold shipped 50 states USPS flat rate.

The one in my GT-E has been to the Pure Stock Drags a few times. I drove the car from Cincinnati to Newport News once after I got a new job there. If it ever made a noise it was not memorable. It has been driven in the rain and was not a big deal then either. One thing for sure, it will hook up both rear tires on the slickest drag strip when you launch just as good today as it did back when I first installed it. A couple years ago I installed a used "H" series DL that I bought on eBay in another GT-E that has since been sold. That DL acted just like the ones that some Drag Pac Boss Mustangs got back in 1970. It was wonderful. People across the parking lot at a car show would look confused, then come over and ask if I had just broken something in the rear end.

The big difference between a new DL and a new Traction Lock is that the Traction Lock will be worn out in a few thousand miles.

I have not used any of the other options mentioned. You will notice I only comment on things I know about. But if I ever need another new differential it will be a Detroit Locker.

I can however promise that he knows his stuff and he needs no Camaro driving neighbor to tell him what kind of a noise a locker might or might not make. I can also add that my DL is an newer big spring model and yes in the right spot it will make noise. Not saying that Royce's might not make noise , I'm just not that lucky. Having that said I cant say that I don't like the sound a little bit lol.
