Almost a year to get my 462 stroker built, and I supplied all the parts. I even went to Survival for a status review meeting. In the end, got a great product, but it was painful.

Yep. And the tollway besides the track has the highest speed limit in the country. I'd even plan and organize a Texas hill country drive! 😁

Hotel right at Texas Motor Speedway. I agree about Austin. Place is going downhill fast. Homelessness is the talk of the town right now. But COTA is still an awesome track and facility.

I had a regulator go bad and boiled my battery in a Boss 351. The clean up was painful and expensive, as acid went everywhere under the hood. I swore off lead acid batteries and have run AGMs in ever since.

Circuit of the Americas. Austin, Texas. Great track. Great location. And you won't believe the facility. But the track is about $50k / day.

I sold a Shelby on ebay in one day for full asking price, and had 3 interested parties. It helped that I was "known" in the Shelby community, and the quality of the car spoke for itself. But ebay is cheap world-wide advertising.

Brant, are you having good luck with the newly made reproduction AUTOLITE batteries? If so, do you stock them? I purchased from another supplier and mine failed in 6 months. I'd purchase another if you are having luck with them. I like AGMs in the trunk versus acid batteries. Rick

Honestly , it was Shelby and Cobra overload for all years. I only captured a small portion of the cars there. If you wanted to see it, the car was there. From drag packs to 4 speed AC GT 350s, to verts and to white interior cars. And that was just the 69-70 cars😁

For sale, but no price and I don't have contact. It was beautiful.
