well i live in the East Village ( rent ) The new apartments across are street are asking $5 million, 4 th floor 3 bedrooms. So yes some guys have some money down this way. But $8 mill on craigslist .... willing to take a look if needed

Had a 1969 GT-500 428SCJ for 15 years never had that problem
