Wanted to Buy / 67 Deluxe rear seat bottom upholstery
August 27, 2019, 11:37:53 AM
I need just the lower rear seat upholstery for a 67 fastback with deluxe interior.  Need it for a pattern.  My upholstery shop is making a complete set of covers using NOS materials but the lower seat cover was out of a standard interior.  Condition not too important as long as we can get measurements off it.

Here is a picture of the lower leaf from a 67 Shelby GT350 we are restoring.  Built 05/02/67.  This is after the springs were de-rusted with Rust911..

Wanted to Buy / 68 rear seat bottom
June 06, 2019, 11:03:52 AM
Looking for a nice 68 fastback rear seat bottom for deluxe comfort weave interior.  Working on a car that someone switched out the rear seat bottom with one out of a 65.  The rest of the interior in super nice so trying to match up a nice used one.

Are you sure about that number?   According to the 3M Website 5887 is "a flexible two part epoxy material designed for use in the repair of flexible and semi-rigid plastic parts".

Thanks JD.  Figured it was not so I went ahead and ordered it.  Can't be too choosy with these parts!

Wanted to Buy / Re: 67 GT350 Fan and Spacer

Found the fan.  It was listed on eBay for a six cylinder Fairlane but had the correct codes on it.  Also found a spacer but the logo on the front is bad so would like to find a better one.

Wanted to Buy / 67 GT350 Fan and Spacer
May 15, 2019, 04:51:46 PM
Wanted for a 67 GT350 without AC.  Need a cooling fan with part number C6OZ-8600-D marked C6OE-D and a spacer part number C4AZ-8546-F (YA-74).  Not sure of the marking if any.  I know the spacer has a Motocraft replacement with the same part number unfortunately they have a casting of C8AE-E which would not have been found on a 1967 car.

Wanted to Buy / Re: 68 Shelby tail panel hole covers
March 25, 2019, 04:41:14 PM
Thank you.  I noticed Branda says not all 68 Shelby's came with these.  When the body shop took the car apart they said there was none there so maybe they were right.  The holes for the screws that hold them in place are there however.

Dave - I am still on the hunt for the torsion bar also.  Need one without any pitting.  Let me know if you find a spare.

There was an article in Mustang and Fords by Bob Perkins.  This is the paint he said was correct.
