Our shop was where most of the build was done on Georges 69 gt500. It turned out really good and we made all panels and gaps line up much better than factory specs. Custom made supsension was installed on car also. It was debuted and SEMA last year.. and displayed at MCCAN and won awards

Yes.   Me..    Just did a batch awhile back.   Getting ready to do another.  YOU have to heat up your mirror and remove the glass.

Have you thought about resilvering the mirror?  usually the outer rubber is not bad and can be cleaned up.

Probably around 110.  I used to sell them a little bit cheaper. But the problem was With the jig I had made up I would drill the small holes myself but it would take me over an hour to get one done and would break drill bits because they were so small.  So I have a machine shop that has agreed to do 20 at a time for me which is happening right now.  Mine has the ring around the ashtray also and has the correct knob .   I will do a post when they arrive back and are ready.

1968 Shelby GT350/500/500KR / Re: Seam sealer
February 06, 2021, 12:07:48 PM
This is gun we use.  I do not regulate the pressure down at the gun and the fan control on side of gun is only opened about 1/4 turn.  I do exactly what jeff said.  I do test spray on piece of card board and ge desired pattern and then go at it!!  He is a couple of pic of 67 we just did. I think we have some video of us spraying wheelhouses and floor on instagram if you do that stuff.

Bob,  I have Chris Laytons car at my shop undergoing restoration and it is an early steel framed hood car but has cut out on left side as if needing clearance for paxton.
