My bad.  I knew about the thread relating to the  '67 race car find.  Like a couple others above I was searching the above referenced '68 Mustang auction trying to find the '67 Mustang and Shelby parts!  My brain is so tired now that I feel like I should take a nap but I can't because of all the coffee!  Thank goodness for spell check as I spelled coffee with 3 f's!

I need to get another cup of coffee!  I can't find a '67 Mustang or any Shelby parts.  What am I missing?

Got mine today in Northern Calif.  Arrived in nice condition even though these are not boxed or padded in any way.  I would be willing to pay a bit more for more secure packaging.
Just a thought.  Very impressive publication worth every penny!

Way to go, Denny!  Gotta take up 2 parking places to protect that sweet ride!  Charity shows and runs are a great way to spend the weekend.

I have a feeling we'd be watching a game 7 on Sunday had Klay Thompson not injured himself.  He was in that zone and his shot was falling with regularity.  He had an excellent series in spite of missing a full game with the injured hamstring.  I'll bet Danny Green on the Raptors is breathing a sigh of relief!  His errant pass gave the Warriors a great opportunity to win that game.  Definitely a great, competitive series that will go down in history for many reasons.

I have a very nice 1969 Mustang/Shelby/Cougar AM radio currently listed on eBay in case anyone is interested.  I offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING to SAAC members.
The link to the auction is below.

I came across a couple of early 1980's Motorcraft posters in Spanish.  They are 22" x 30".  How do you say provocative in Spanish?

Are these 15 x 7 inch rims?

That's a WIN WIN situation as you get to take the cars out for a spin on a beautiful day, display them for all to see, and be entertained by the band!  Your time and effort went towards a great cause.
Nice goin' everyone!

Thanks for the info, "zray"!  I just re-registered.  Hopefully some of the old info can be retrieved.

Thanks for the info, Bob!  I'm wondering just how common one of these might be.

I came across this on eBay, as I'm sure others here did as well, and decided to place a bid.  I'm always looking for interesting items to add to my collection.  It was said to be "from a 1960's era Seattle Post Intelligencer Newspaper file folder titled Race Cars" and is a 3-page press release for the "new" 1965 Shelby Mustang GT350.  It is dated January 22, 1965 for release on January 27th.  Has anyone come across one of these before?  Is this piece found in the 1965 Shelby GT350/Cobra Press Kit?

^^^ Read post #6 then read post #8.  It's just an answer to a question.  I don't believe an "ignorant assertion" is being made in this instance.  You are correct as a reproduction tag in no way is indicative of a fake car but should raise a few eyebrows and lead to some further questions as to why the original is missing.

We probably saw the best of the worst with those 3 pictures!
