Is your car convert or fastback ?
Here a pic I have in my file from rip forum. Other may confirm or not the ground eyelet lamp location for fastback.

 Anybody can confirm the cable coax routine.
From the radio to right side of the car and then behind to rear wheel arch and then go back to left side by under the trunk carpet ?  Am I correct ?

Happen samething to me. The repro run 15 min and fail. I bought a good original used and never miss for 12 years now.

I think a stud is missing behind your gauges for  bulbs ground !!! As your third pic wire should go.

If you have no power, it could be the ampmeter itself. You can jump both amp 10 gages wires together to test.

This one ? The red one on the selenoid?
Not suppose to be red. They are both black.

My car is built jannuary 30 1969. Does it mean that it should have more an A or B suffix ?
I know my trans is not the original one from the car as it was 4 speed when I bought it 28 years ago.

What does the last letter D mean on the casing?
On mine is:
C8OP 7006 D
