I do not know the number of the Dutch car number TG-295-F   
If it helps, it was registered in the US on May 19, 2016 and in Holland on July 27, 2018.
I believe that 16H104 is in Switzerland (Garage Willemin with 16H161)

For those that have the new registry, what do you like/dislike or is different in the 2019 version?

The most visible difference is the arrival of color in the photos.
Obviously it is updated and has 172 p. of description (115 p. in 2011 and 19p. in 1997 but in 97 writen much smaller)
