She finally has a nice coat of Ivy Green.  I am very happy with the way she looks.  Hope to get her back to the shop next week and do the undercarriage and engine compartment detailing.  Looks great without the LeMans stripes.

John, are you restoring your '66?

One of my favorite colors, are you putting strips on it?  If white or gold.  BTW it looks fabulous,

Thanks, Doug.  No stripes this time, just how it was delivered.

That looks great. Hoping to have mine there  soon. The color looks spot on. I have seen some restorations recently where the green was off. Too light almost had a gold yellow hue to it. Do you know if they used solvent based formula paint or waterborne paint?

Thanks,

Being California, most likely water based.  But I will check.

I thought you were there.  I know that some of the older colors have had problems and or  not had formulas done in waterborne. Whatever they used looks good.

Looks good Greek!  Although I thought your car looked great when we met at the Carpinteria show years ago...thanks for the progress reports!

No. Z Ray would put a bounty on my head if I ever did that!

A few progress pictures.  So far, I am only replacing chalk markings that I have discovered during the process.  Really liking the no stripe look.
