jacking points w 4 post lift?

where is the best location to place the 4 post lift hockey pucks?
is the pinch weld strong enough?

It's where they recommend jacking it up to change a tire. I'd worry about side loading them if lifting on all 4 points at once. Most people put the pads under the sub frames. It seems to work as the pads are big enough to spread the weight out and not damage them.

If you have underides, I use a block of wood straddling the front mount where it lays flat against the sub frame. I also wrap the wood with a shop towel to prevent damage to paint or coatings.

I think you mean - place to put the 4 hockey pucks on a 2 post lift. A 4 post lift is designed for you to drive on ramps. Regardless I can't imagine a better example then the previous post reply #3.

are the rear pucks placed on the forward leaf spring attachment area?
