Hi, so the listing on ebay for 6s622 is a real no reserve auction?

Don't know - thought you did since you waved the flag.

Only thing I can offer at this point in time is that at least some of the pictures shown in the ad were taken originally in around 2017 or some of the pictures shown in the current ad are from the same location looking at backgrounds and structural (home/building) clues but from a different time of day.

I assumed it was a bogus listing because of the shady contact link, lack of photo's, and the no reserve;  but my post was removed by I am assuming the moderator?

A seller can always end a no-reserve eBay auction at the last minute if it isn't reaching the number needed.

Great looking car BTW.

Bring A Trailer link in 2017. Bid to $95k, but didn't meet reserve. - - https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1966-shelby-gt350-5/

Exactly, looks very shady , so why did the moderator here remove my post trying to alert the owner? This looks like a fake listing.

Another clue, from the BAT commentary of the person that listed the car there, after the auction ended...

"There were two Shelby GT350's in the garage. They both have now been sold. This car was bought by a local Shelby collector who enjoys driving his cars. Thanks again for your comments."

IIRC, the seller on BaT was either helping (or hired by) the estate of the previous long term owner.

After nearly 3 years, it appears the buyer is now selling. Maybe that deal fell through and it is the BaT seller again? Pictures don't look like Tempe Arizona.

Looks like the same car I saw at SAAC 44.  The owner lived in NC at the time and I even got a ride in it.    The ebay listing shows
Tempe, AZ as the location.

One of the photos in the original E-bay listing is in the updated '66 registry for the history on that car.

VIN tag from the BAT auction looks quite a bit different.
