What is the date code of 4111668 on a single rib original Autolite oil filter?

Nov 11, 1968 manufacturing date. I have an NOS 4041668. April 16, 1968 4 may be the customer # as these were made by Purolater for Ford back then.

Make sense.  I didn't think the the 428 forum response was correct for Autolite oil filters.

nov  16 1968    there were 2 ways autolite filters were dated  long and short date codes  and from my reseach having many of these filters they went from double crimp to single crimp in 68 69 era.
