When did SIPCON marked plug wires replace AUTOLITE? 4D0 marked set

I think I can decipher the AUTOLITE plug wire date codes,but I have a set of plug wires that have AUTOLITE  plug boots,correct cap boots and marked  SIPCON  4D0 . 4th 1/4 of '70 ? Any info appreciated.
