Paul's Chrome in the Pittsburgh area is the only one I have used.  Nice work, but you'll pay for it.  It's tough to get a price until you send it there and they look at it.

I used Shelby Parts and Restoration. Was extremely pleased with my lap belts. Thanks to Jim C. Jesse is still there. Unsure if they are still doing such things.
