Well,the bottom one references Shelby automotive not Shelby American ,wouldn't that exclude 1967?

The bottom one is a poor reproduction. Original 1968 Shelby decals were not shiny and have a part number on them. The spacing on the text is also jacked up. Not a good reproduction in my opinion. Here is an original for comparison:
