Is it possible to love your Shelby too much?
« on: July 08, 2021, 02:37:47 PM »
Mechanophilia (or mechaphilia[1]) is a paraphilia involving a sexual attraction to machines such as bicycles,[2] motor vehicles,[3][4] helicopters,[5] ships, and aeroplanes.[6]

Mechanophilia is treated as a crime in some nations with perpetrators being placed on a sex-offenders' register after prosecution.[7] Motorcycles are often portrayed as sexualized fetish objects to those who desire them.[8]

Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

I'm sure others will have similar stories but I knew a guy in Dallas years ago who had an obvious fetish about his little 356 Porsche.  He got t-Boned one day and, as they were putting him in the ambulance, he was screaming uncontrollably, "They killed my car!".

Short answer:NO.However if you love it more than the important people in your life you definitely have your priorities out of whack….my 2 cents.

Yes, no doubt.  I will be filing my suit for malicious prosecution shortly here.
