Are there any Companies that repair original speakers? Not sure if it is worth the effort to restore or purchase a repo.

Try Matt Shelton, Utah Reconing, 801 419 3099.  He has done several for me. Very reasonable, quick turnaround, excellent quality.

Royce Peterson

I had my original speakers re - coned at Speakerworks here in Tulsa. Took a while but the end result is top notch and sounds fantastic. Talk to David 918-664-6299 he has a Facebook page too.
