Anyone have CSX Smith & Wesson with serial number 2000?  Would be interesting.

Just posting to dispel that old urban legend CSX2000 was bare aluminum, then yellow, then blue. it was never red or any other color.

Not disputing.  But, CS let me drive CSX2000 for an article I did on it in Motor Trend's 50th Anniversary issue, Sept 1999.

In the passenger door jamb, I could see some chipped off paint...with yellow and what sure looked like red, under the blue.   Primer perhaps.
