WOW, very nice, and the memories! Love that 71 or 72 Electra 225! Are the "motels/hotels" actually that or apartments now? Is Pier 66 in Ft Lauderdale still around? Also, I remember a classy breakfast/diner/restruant I think on Sunrise Blvd? Art Deco-ie.....? Still there....? Looks like a lot has improved?

In Miami Beach the majority on ocean front continue to be hotels.

On Pier 66 I had heard it was being renovated but they had encountered some issues, was off, on again.

Not sure about the diner, possibly were Nebas (another restaurant) was, tgen turn down and a bank now sits there

Improvement is a subjective word...lol
